Jason Kimmins is a Certified Crisis Counselor, Community Resource Specialist, ASIST Trainer, and servant-minded leader with more than 10 years of experience in business and contact center operations, clinical training, quality assurance, and workforce management.

Jason has helped build and expand crisis centers from the ground up, guiding teams toward excellence through trauma-informed practices, strong operational systems, and a commitment to person-first care. His expertise includes crisis systems design, leadership development, quality improvement, and training that supports high-quality, safe crisis response.

At the heart of Jason’s work is a belief that people thrive when they feel seen, heard, and empowered. He champions crisis services that honor informed consent, prioritize emotional safety, and walk alongside individuals with dignity and compassion.
