Hannah Hackworth, LCSW, MBA
Co-Founder
Hannah is a social entrepreneur dedicated to reimagining what is possible when building communities where people know they are not alone and that a path forward is possible, always. For more than 25 years, she has served as a social worker and leader, developing innovative, collaborative solutions to address the social and behavioral health needs of vulnerable populations. Her work experience spans the full continuum of care, including inpatient and community behavioral health, substance use and recovery support, mental health and aging, integrated primary and behavioral healthcare, crisis response and suicide prevention, addressing social determinants of health, and integrated system of care redesign.
The common thread throughout Hannah’s career is her desire to make space for hope. Drawing on her own lived experience and the wisdom of those she has served, she is committed to advancing the science of hope—creating scalable, evidence-informed solutions to prevent suicide and strengthen belonging. She believes that hope, shared and sustained, is the most powerful gift we can offer the world—a force capable of changing and saving lives in perpetuity.
